Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society

The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is to provide, in partnership with the Navy and Marine Corps, financial, educational, and other need-based assistance to active-duty and retired Sailors and Marines, their eligible family members, and survivors.

Fleet and Family Support Center

The Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) mission is to support United States naval activities on Guam in maintaining operational readiness. We will provide information, training, and counseling to service members and families to improve quality of life, enhance performance, and encourage retention.
