TUSC LANT Executive Officer

CDR Caleb CramerCDR Nate Feezor is a career intelligence officer that has served in a wide range of Fleet assignments. After completing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Arkansas State University, he was commissioned in 2002 through Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida. His previous tours of duty include serving as a watch officer for an IUSS/SOSUS command conducting theater anti-submarine warfare against high-end adversaries, as the SUPPLOT officer and OZ DIVO during two deployment cycles aboard USS GEORGE WASHINGTON, as counter-terrorism analyst at COMUSNAVCENT / 5th Fleet, as Chief of the Northeast Asia and CWMD Intelligence Plans Branch at USPACOM responsible for supporting eight CONPLANs, as the CAG AI for Carrier Airwing EIGHT during its 2014 5th / 6th Fleet combat deployment aboard USS GEORGE H. W. BUSH, as the Director of Intelligence Operations and Analysis for the Fleet Forces Command Maritime Intelligence Operations Center (MIOC), and as the XO and senior instructor for Intelligence and Space Operations for Information Warfare Training Group Norfolk. Nate completed a tour as N2 and Deputy IWC for Carrier Strike Group Ten (CSG-10) through their 2020 deployment on USS DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER followed by a workup cycle on USS GEORGE H. W. BUSH. He then served as the N2 for Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG-4) responsible for providing integrated training and recommending ready for major combat all LANT-based Carrier Strike Groups, Amphibious Readiness Groups, and independently deploying combatants.

In 2010, he completed a graduate degree in National Security Affairs at Naval Postgraduate School with a specialty in East Asia studies. CDR Feezor has been a Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) since 2015 having completed JPME I & II and a 36-month JD-1 joint tour at USPACOM. In addition to extensive leadership and OPINTEL experience both afloat and ashore, he is an IUSS-qualified officer, a SUBFOR-designated TASW officer, a DIA-certified intelligence planner with experience in both contingency and crisis action planning, a graduate of the ISR afloat manager school, a qualified Joint Targeteer with combat experience in both deliberate and dynamic strikes, and a Navy Space Cadre member (VS6) having completed the USAF Space Warfighter Preparation Course.

CDR Feezor is currently serving as the XO for Theater Undersea Surveillance Command Atlantic (TUSC LANT) at Dam Neck Virginia, responsible for all undersea surveillance operations, communications, training, maintenance, upgrades and personnel management. He will fleet-up and serve as the next CO of TUSC LANT.

CDR Feezor’s personal awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (3 awards), Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 awards), and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (2 awards).
