POLARIS POINT, Guam (Aug. 16, 2016) Lt. Bradley Newsad, the Command Judge Advocate and Public Affairs Officer aboard the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39), describes a repair locker and its uses to personnel staff from the House Armed Services Committee during a tour of the Emory S. Land. Emory S.
