Chris Cavanaugh, commander, Submarine Group 7, addresses the crews of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers USS McCampbell (DDG 85) and USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114), during a visit to the ships July 9, 2024, at Fleet Activities Yokosuka.
