KEYPORT, Wash. (Jan. 13, 2017) Cmdr. John Cage, from Jefferson City, Missouri, left, requests to be relieved of command by Capt. Mark Schmall, Commander, Submarine Squadron 17, center, during a change of command ceremony for the Blue Crew of the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735). During the ceremony, held at the Keyport Undersea Museum, Cage turned over command to Cmdr. Steven Everhart, from Great Falls, Montana.
