Portland Welcomes USS Frank Cable Sailors for Annual Rose Festival

PORTLAND, Ore. (June 10, 2017) – Sailors assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) march in the Grand Floral Parade during Rose Festival Fleet Week in Portland, Ore., June 10.
