Nebraska Blue Conducts Change of Command Ceremony

BANGOR, Wash. (Aug. 9, 2018) - Cmdr. Jason Geddes, right, from Indianapolis, Indiana, is relieved by Cmdr. Jim Lembo, from Mesa, Arizona, during a change of command ceremony for the Blue crew of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Nebraska (SSBN 739). Under the leadership of Geddes, the crew recently returned from their first strategic deterrent patrol since 2013, following an extended engineered refueling overhaul.
