PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - (Nov. 25, 2015) - Commander Matthew Boland address his crew for the last time as commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Jacksonville (SSN 699). Boland was relieved by Cmdr. Steven Faulk in a change of command ceremony held at the submarine piers at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
