Youn Jeong Sang, commander, Submarine Force, Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN), sign a formal agreement at the conclusion of the 43rd Submarine Warfare Committee Meeting (SWCM) reaffirming the longstanding relationship between the two countries and pledging continued support between the two submarine forces.
