SUBIC BAY, Philippines (Dec. 11, 2015) Mass Communications Specialist 1st Class Brandon Shelander, from the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39), gives members of the Philippine Navy a tour of Emory S. Land’s repair facilities following a subject matter expert exchange held onboard. The exchange gave participants a chance to share maintenance philosophies in a relaxed environment. Emory S.
