SAN DIEGO (Feb. 12, 2016) Capt. Brian Davies, right, relieves Capt. Eugene Doyle during a change of command ceremony aboard the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Pasadena (SSN 752). Davies relieved Doyle to become the 19th commodore of Submarine Squadron 11, which is responsible for manning, equipping and training five Los Angeles-class submarines, the floating drydock Arco (ARDM 5) and Undersea Rescue Command.
