Lieutenant Herminio Graciano Jr.

Executive Officer

Lieutenant Herminio “Junior” Graciano is a native of Lubbock, Texas and a graduate of Monterey High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in November 1996 and received his commission through the Limited Duty Program as an Administration Officer in March 2012.

LT Graciano’s operational assignments included USS BOSTON (SSN 703) deploying on a UNITAS deployment to South America; USS SAN FRANCISCO (SSN 711), USS LA JOLLA (SSN 701) deploying to the Western Pacific; USS HOUSTON (SSN 713) completing 3 Guam Mission Cycles in the Western Pacific; and COMSEVENTHFLT onboard USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19).

His ashore assignments were Commander, Submarine Force Pacific Rep West Coast in San Diego, CA; Commander, 31st Seabee Readiness Group in Port Hueneme, CA.

From July 2015 to July 2018, LT Graciano served as the Chief Staff Officer for Commander, Submarine Squadron 15 in Guam. He relieved as the NSSC Executive Officer in August 2018.

He is authorized to wear the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (6 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (5 Awards) as well as several other personal unit and campaign awards.
