YOKOSUKA, Japan - Information Systems Technician 1st Class Jimmy Omolade, a chief petty officer selectee assigned to U.S. 7th Fleet, prepares to lay a wreath during a 9/11 remembrance ceremony at U.S. Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
