SAN DIEGO (May 13, 2016) Lt. Cmdr. Kevin Sims is piped ashore after being relieved by Lt. Cmdr. Zachary Harry as commanding officer of the auxiliary repair drydock, medium, Arco (ARDM 5) in a time-honored change of command ceremony held at Naval Base Point Loma, May 13. Arco is the second drydock to bear the name Arco and was built by the Todd Pacific Shipyard Corporation, Seattle, Washington.
