JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (May 30, 2016) – Captain Craig Blakely, commander of Submarine Squadron 7 based at the historic submarine piers of Pearl Harbor, addresses Memorial Day guests at the USS Parche Submarine Park and Memorial at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
